Overview:

The client is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer with strong Active Directory expertise to support their globally regulated environment. This role sits within the platform and cyber protection function, delivering both BAU support and project work across a complex infrastructure. The primary focus is Active Directory administration and security, with secondary involvement in Windows Server and VMware support. The engineer will work closely with global service teams to deliver solutions and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 3rd/4th line technical support for Active Directory, Windows Server, and related infrastructure services.
  • Perform day-to-day Active Directory administration, including Group Policy, user group management, and incident resolution.
  • Support Active Directory security measures such as Privileged Access Management (PAM), SSO, and MFA.
  • Assist in infrastructure-related design and architecture work, particularly around AD and platform services.
  • Collaborate with service teams locally and globally to deliver business solutions and service onboarding.
  • Maintain and build Windows Servers, support VMware, and assist with Citrix environments.
  • Support backup and restore processes and overall platform integrity.

Primary Focus: Active Directory (Admin & Security)

Other Tech: Windows Server, VMware, Citrix

Security Tools: PAM, MFA, SSO

Bonus Exposure: Networking (light), OT systems, pharmaceutical environments
