As our SRP Lead, you will:
- Lead the Specialist Resource Provision (SRP), supporting pupils with SEND, with a particular focus on autism.
- Chair annual reviews and manage EHCPs, working in close partnership with parents, external agencies, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Plan and deliver targeted interventions and support colleagues in inclusive practice.
- Monitor progress and report to senior leadership.
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience working with children with SEND, especially autism.
- Experience producing and managing EHCPs and leading annual reviews (desirable).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A collaborative approach and up-to-date knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice.
