As our SRP Lead, you will:
- Lead the Specialist Resource Provision (SRP), supporting pupils with SEND, with a particular focus on autism
- Chair annual reviews and manage EHCPs, working in close partnership with parents, external agencies, and multidisciplinary teams
- Plan and deliver targeted interventions and support colleagues in inclusive practice
- Monitor progress and report to senior leadership
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience working with children with SEND, especially autism
- Experience producing and managing EHCPs and leading annual reviews (desirable)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A collaborative approach and up-to-date knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice
