Department: Marketing
Location: London, UK
Reporting directly to the Global Director of Marketing, this role will take ownership of marketing strategy and execution for the EMEA region, shaping impactful regional programs that align with global priorities and resonate with local audiences. You’ll serve as the strategic link between global marketing leadership and the on‑the‑ground needs of our commercial teams, ensuring cohesion across campaigns, consistency in messaging, and strong ROI. You will lead marketing initiatives across the full funnel – from top‑of‑funnel brand awareness through to lead generation and customer engagement – leveraging a wide range of channels and tactics. In addition to managing a regional marketer in EMEA you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues in global marketing, product marketing, BD, and sales to ensure that campaigns are tailored, effective, and insight‑driven. We’re looking for someone who combines strategic vision with hands‑on marketing execution, thrives in a fast‑paced, global environment, and brings a collaborative mindset to cross‑functional work. If you’re ready to elevate Oxford Economics’ presence in the EMEA region, we’d love to hear from you.

- Work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager to ensure high standards in campaign data hygiene, CRM usage, and performance analytics.
- Drive cross‑regional campaign execution, from global campaign rollouts to new product launches.
- Develop global campaign plans and lead global execution for assigned global marketing programs.
- Manage and mentor one junior regional marketer – based in the EMEA region.
- Identify and manage relationships with external vendors and freelancers.
- Monitor campaign results and lead reporting to ensure activities are tied to commercial goals and KPIs.
- Regularly review BD feedback, pipeline data, and performance insights to inform campaign optimisation.
- Champion process improvements and knowledge.
