Reporting directly to the Global Director of Marketing, this role will take ownership of marketing strategy and execution for the EMEA region, shaping impactful regional programs that align with global priorities and resonate with local audiences. You will serve as the strategic link between global marketing leadership and the on‐the‐ground needs of our commercial teams, ensuring cohesion across campaigns, consistency in messaging, and strong ROI.

You will lead marketing initiatives across the full funnel – from top‐of‐funnel brand awareness through to lead generation and customer engagement – leveraging a wide range of channels and tactics. In addition to managing a regional marketer in EMEA, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in global marketing, product marketing, BD, and sales to ensure that campaigns are tailored, effective, and insight‐driven.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust regional marketing strategies across the EMEA region, informed by input from global marketing, business development, and portfolio leads.
  • Continually adapt strategies in response to market trends and evolving customer behaviours.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across the EMEA region, ensuring execution is aligned to global messaging and tailored to regional needs.
  • Champion customer segmentation, persona development, and lifecycle marketing to ensure campaigns are targeted and effective.
  • Act as the voice of the EMEA region within global marketing conversations – advocating for regional needs, insights, and priorities.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager to ensure high standards in campaign data hygiene, CRM usage, and performance analytics.
  • Drive cross‐regional campaign execution, from global campaign rollouts to new product launches.
  • Develop global campaign plans and lead global execution for assigned global marketing programs.
  • Manage and mentor one junior regional marketer – based in the EMEA region.
  • Identify and manage relationships with external vendors and freelancers.
  • Monitor campaign results and lead reporting to ensure activities are tied to commercial goals and KPIs.
  • Regularly review BD feedback, pipeline data, and performance insights to inform campaign optimisation.
  • Champion process improvements and knowledge.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with international exposure across the EMEA region.
  • Prior people management experience, including coaching and team development.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (preferably Pardot) and CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus).
  • Strong skills in audience segmentation, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships in a matrixed, international organisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other European languages a plus.
  • Up‐to‐date with best practices across digital channels, including email, social, content marketing, and paid media.
  • Organised, process‐oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects across time zones.
  • Strong presentation, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Job Benefits:

  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Leave
  • Workplace Nursery Scheme
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
  • Hybrid/Flexible Working
