The Oxford Diocese is seeking a community-focused individual to help shape the culture, vision, and mission of a newly formed joint benefice situated along the beautiful River Thames. This role involves developing the Church’s Mission Action Plan alongside the Rector, enhancing engagement with the local community, and fostering relationships.

In return, the Diocese offers a spacious four-bedroom vicarage central to excellent transport links and a strong partnership in leadership with a dedicated team. Informal conversations welcome; contact Reverend Andreas Sistig.
