The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

The Benefice is in the initial stages of formation and is located along the beautiful green meadows of the north bank of the River Thames, between Windsor and Slough. It is also conveniently located close to the M4, M25 and M40, with rail links to London, and a short distance from Heathrow. The Benefice churches are linked by traffic‑free roads, open countryside and a section of the beautiful Thames Path Walk.

We are prayerfully looking for someone who:

  • In working alongside the Rector plays a key role in developing the Church’s Mission Action Plan and strengthening our engagement with the local community.
  • Has strong interpersonal skills, is approachable, and communicates easily with people of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Works collaboratively and enjoys encouraging and developing lay ministry.
  • Is committed to building relationships with the wider community.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to safeguarding and the wellbeing of all within the church community.
