The role?

This newly created role provides an exciting and intriguing opportunity to be a key part of our senior team, providing strategic leadership for the Trust, overseeing the IT, Operations and Estates teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality support to schools, while supporting the CEO in our ongoing development and growth.

About you?

You will be an experienced leader with a strong track record of strategic leadership and practical management in IT, Operations and Estates, hands-on experience of managing a complex, multi-site operation and good project management skills. You will be a great communicator, a strong influencer, supportive of the ethos of ODST and committed to enabling all within our schools to thrive.

  • This will be a full-time role- notionally 37 hours per week,

    38 days annual leave inclusive of public holidays,

  • Starting salary of Β£85k,

The role will be based in Wantage (OX12 9AU) with some scope for working from home. The post holder will require access to a vehicle as regular travel across ODST schools in Oxfordshire and Berkshire will be expected. There will also be the need to attend evening meetings on occasion.
