Oxford Diocesan Bucks Schools Trust (ODBST) is seeking an experienced HR Partner to join our Shared Services Team, providing an effective HR helpdesk and professional partner service to our schools.
You will visit schools on a regular basis.
As part of a new friendly HR team, you will work with Finance on payroll matters and support across Buckinghamshire, delivering projects and services under our SLA to schools.
The role is child-focused and offers CPD and development opportunities.
