The Role

Join a team that’s making a difference! Oxford Diocesan Bucks Schools Trust (ODBST) is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Finance Officer to be part of our newly centralised finance team. We are looking for an outstanding individual with a proactive and positive approach, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

In this role you will be responsible for processing a broad range of financial transactions and maintaining accurate, high‑quality finance and payroll records to support effective decision‑making and service delivery. You will also assist with financial reporting and reconciliations, support budget monitoring activities, and contribute to both internal and external audit processes.

The Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share in this commitment. All post holders in regulated activity are subject to appropriate vetting procedures and a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Enhanced check.
