The Oxford Diocesan Bucks Schools Trust (ODBST) is an ambitious family of 15 schools focused on improvement. Our mission is to empower schools to excel, enabling children and young people to "experience life in all its fullness." We serve communities of all faiths and promote a sense of belonging across the Trust.
We are creating an Executive Headteacher role following the resignation of a Headteacher at one of our smaller schools. Initially offered as an internal position, we seek an experienced leader with a strong reputation for system‑led leadership and a passion for serving all pupils. The role will involve leading a northern hub of schools, currently three primary‑phase settings, with potential for growth. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of improvement, able to be hands‑on when necessary, and capable of positively challenging and developing staff.
Responsibilities- Lead performance across the hub of schools.

- Work closely with the central SE team and other stakeholders.
