About This Role

We are looking for a suitably skilled, well‑organised and enthusiastic caretaker to work across several schools in the Oxford Diocesan Bucks Schools Trust (ODBST).

You will be located at Curzon and Elmtree primary schools but may be asked to provide support to other schools in the Trust to meet operational requirements.

The role helps ensure that pupils and staff can work and grow in the best learning environments possible with the resources available.

  • Reliability is essential.
  • Ability to be adaptable and supportive to colleagues.
  • Manual handling and some basic computer work will be a requirement.
  • Use your own car to travel between sites.
  • Hours: 30 hours split between the two sites with some split‑shift working.
  • Potential for more hours in the future and opportunity for development within the Trust.
  • Role to start on 1 September 2026 (or as soon as possible thereafter).
