Responsibilities
- The HLTA role within St Marys school is of key importance. You will be responsible for providing the children and teaching staff with the support they need to shine.
- In addition to LSA responsibilities, the HLTA role responsibilities include:
- To cover and lead class teaching for PPA and short-term absence
- Prepare the classroom for lessons that they are leading
- Mark work taught where appropriate in line with the school’s marking policy
