All Saints Marlow is seeking a dedicated Children's Pastor to lead the church's ministry with children and families, nurturing faith, fostering prayer and Bible engagement, and reaching local families with the Good News of Jesus. The role involves building teams and working with the active congregation to support children's spiritual growth.
The post is full-time (40 hours per week) including Sunday mornings and some evenings, with 6 weeks of holiday and 1 week of paid retreat.
