Oxford Digital Media is a growing production company based in Oxfordshire, delivering video, live-streaming, audio and animation projects for corporate and educational clients in the UK and internationally. We are looking for a Camera Operator and junior Video Editor to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career media professional who already has hands-on filming and editing experience and is keen to develop their technical skills in a professional production environment.

You will work across a wide range of projects, supporting shoots on location and in the studio, and assisting with post-production. You will be working closely with senior team members, gaining experience across the full production workflow.

The role will include:

  • Filming a range of content including talks, conferences, interviews and highlight videos
  • Shooting on location and in our green-screen studio
  • Supporting post-production through editing and media preparation
  • Assisting senior camera operators on shoots
  • Preparing and maintaining camera, audio and lighting equipment
  • Prepping kits for freelancers and in-house teams

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a good technical understanding of filming equipment and post-production workflows
  • Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team
  • Has strong attention to detail and a professional approach on shoots
  • Is motivated to learn and develop within a production company

Desirable (but not essential):

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in media, film or a related subject
  • Around 1 year of professional or structured industry experience (including freelance, placements or graduate roles)
  • Knowledge of After Effects
  • A full UK driving licence
