Oxford Creators Education CIC is seeking a SEN teaching assistant / student mentor for the Harwell Campus, Oxfordshire. The role focuses on supporting 11–16 year olds with neurodiverse needs and difficulties, delivering therapeutic interventions and wellbeing activities within a nurturing, personalised approach.
Contract is term-time (39 weeks delivery + 1 Week Training) with school-day hours, designed to provide consistent, flexible support and safeguarding across the team.
