We create an environment where you can think big, have fun and truly make a difference.**SAP Account Manager****The Company****Linksap** is a specialist IT recruitment business operating within the international **SAP / IT** ecosystem.Since our inception in 2015, we have grown to **40 employees** and successfully **placed over 3,000 consultants** with **300+ clients** (freelance and permanent) across Europe, the Americas, and MENA.With 2 - 3 new placements made daily across our contract and permanent divisions, we are recognized as a **leading SAP recruitment partner**.In 2024, after reaching **Β£40m revenue**, Linksap was acquired by **Oxford Global Resources**, creating new opportunities for our people to grow alongside a highly successful global organisation.**The Opportunity**Due to continued growth and increasing demand across our international client base, we are looking to hire ambitious **SAP Account Managers** for **our Contract SAP Staffing Division.**This is a role with a focus on **business development** and **account management,** but involving managing entire recruitment processes,offering genuine ownership, autonomy, and the chance to build long-term relationships with clients across a highly lucrative global market.Key Responsibilities* Generating new business leads, introducing the Linksap brand with clarity and purpose, then building and maintaining positive relationships with your client base.* Qualifying requirements effectively and servicing them utilizing our qualified resource team, who are a specialist team with an exclusive function to source and present the best profiles, allowing you to focus on client development.* Successfully negotiating commercial terms with clients and consultants, aided by Business Support and Directors.* Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted, strategic partner.* Own the client-facing recruitment process from CV submission through to offer management.* Build a strong understanding of client organisations, hiring strategies, and the wider SAP talent market.**Your Skillset*** A background in recruitment, B2B sales, account management or in another tele-sales/client-facing commercial environment.* Are highly motivated by performance, progression, and earning potential.* Communicates clearly and can successfully build long-term professional relationships.* Exercises sound judgement and is able to work collaboratively.* Take ownership of outcomes and have a strong sense of accountability.* Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment that rewards initiative and commitment.* Are resilient, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, as is a decent standard of computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel, and ability to learn a new CRM system).**Desirable*** Have a strong working knowledge of IT systems and software and to be able to talk about them confidently.* Experience working with SAP in any function, or having a strong understanding of SAP.
