An exciting opportunity has become available in Housing Services. The Senior Housing Data Analyst will lead the approach to data and evidence-based decision-making within a busy Housing Services area, providing services to over tenants and leaseholders, as well as delivering a wide range of housing needs and statutory homelessness services.
Responsibilities
- Lead data and evidence-based decision-making within a busy Housing Services area, supporting services to tenants and leaseholders, and delivering housing needs and statutory homelessness services.
- Extract, interpret and analyse data to support the service and wider Council; collate and manipulate complex data sets and present findings in an accessible and informative way.
- Be confident in using a range of IT and software applications and complex databases to analyse data and inform service improvements.
- Contribute to the service217s improvement journey by improving data visibility and performance information and delivering continuous high performance and excellent customer service.
