As a qualified lawyer you will have in-depth knowledge and experience to undertake a range of work within the Litigation and Regulatory Team in respect of Planning Law, policy and enforcement. You will be able to provide complex legal and procedural advice to elected members, agents and other internal and external stakeholders to support the Council in achieving its ambitions.
