You will possess strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills and will be adept at advising customers on how to ensure compliance while ensuring that assessments of harm and expediency are conducted appropriately.
The role will involve taking appropriate enforcement action where necessary. This includes attending court proceedings, committee hearings, and dealing with enforcement appeals.
