Oxford City Council is seeking an organised, proactive and highly capable Systems Administrator / Officer to support the effective operation of the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Asset Management function across its housing portfolio of approximately 8,000 homes.
This role sits within the Asset Intelligence and Business Support function and provides critical administrative, systems and operational support across the wider HRA Assets service, including support to compliance, fire safety, capital investment and operational delivery teams.
The postholder will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service through the coordination of meetings, management of records and documentation, systems administration, reporting support and wider business administration functions. The role will also support communication, governance and service coordination activities across the wider HRA Assets structure.
Working closely with managers and operational teams, the Systems Administrator / Officer will help ensure that information, systems, documentation and administrative processes are well managed, accurate and accessible, supporting effective service delivery, governance and resident-focused outcomes.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced operational environment, with strong administrative, communication and IT skills.
