Oxford City Council is seeking a Commercial & Cost Manager to support the Housing Revenue Account capital investment programme. You will lead commercial strategy, cost management and financial assurance across a circa £m five-year programme delivering investment across approximately 8,000 homes.
The role works within the HRA Capital & Investment team to strengthen cost control, governance and value for money with both in-house and external contractors.
