The governance officer/company secretary plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective and compliant operation of the OCHL group. They are responsible for providing expert advice and support on corporate governance, statutory and regulatory matters, and company secretarial compliance.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of UK company law and best practices. Awareness of Teckal Companies and relevant legislation and governance processes would be advantageous.

Salary: G9: £51,717 per annum (full time, pro rata for part time)

Contractual Hours: 22.2

Basis: Part Time
