The Contracts and Commissioning Manager will lead the strategic management, monitoring, and continuous improvement of key contracts supporting leisure, sport, public realm, and community wellbeing. This includes the Council's leisure management contract, outsourced tennis contract, and Oxford Direct Services (ODS) Street Scene and sports facilities services.

Basis: Full Time
