We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher in Motor Vehicle to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for the teaching, training, and assessment of learners, while inspiring them to develop the skills they need for a successful career in the industry.
You will take the support in the delivery and development of the Motor Vehicle curriculum, ensuring that every learner has an outstanding experience. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment in Motor Vehicle subjects
- Plan, develop and review course content to ensure relevance and engagement
- Monitor and track student progress, providing timely feedback and support
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to internal quality assurance processes
- Ensure our workshops are fully equipped, clean and safe in-line with Health and Safety requirements
This role is part time (21 hours per week), fixed term contract until June 2026 with the potential to extend or be made permanent.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Level 3 or above qualification in Motor Mechanics / Motor Vehicle
- Experience working with Apprentices in a teaching, assessing, or mentoring capacity
- Relevant industry experience within the Motor Vehicle sector
- GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths
