Oxford City will be replaced by a new structure for local authorities by April 2028 and work has already begun to tackle this huge challenge. To help us, we are looking for a senior HR professional to join the People Services management team to deliver “business as usual” and support the preparation for, and delivery of, change. We are looking for someone who is excited about making a difference and motivated to deliver change and excellent service quality.

You’ll be joining a motivated and professional team that is highly regarded and an effective business partner, and you’ll be welcomed and supported by your new colleagues in People Services.
