Job description
As an Area Improvement Officer with Oxford City Council, you’ll take the lead in keeping our estates safe, clean, and welcoming places to live. You’ll spot issues, sort them out and work with colleagues, partners and residents to get results.
We’re looking for someone who’s confident negotiating and not afraid to push back when needed especially when dealing with challenges or difficult situations. You’ll build strong relationships, find practical solutions and take pride in seeing the difference your work makes every day.
You’ll also play a key role in co-designing our service with residents, getting their ideas and feedback to help shape how we deliver improvements across our estates. Plus, you’ll support wider improvement projects and make sure our estates meet the highest standards for housing and safety.
