We’re looking for ambitious and talented hospitality professionals at the beginning of their career journey who want to develop into future Restaurant Managers at The Salad Project. Our two-year mentorship programme provides structured training, operational experience and leadership development to prepare you to run your own store.

What You'll Do

  • Progress through a structured development programme working in many different roles
  • Learn how to run a high-performing restaurant
  • Lead and train team members
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Work across multiple Salad Project locations
