We’re currently recruiting for an Aseptic Filling Biotechnologist to join our Manufacturing team on a 12 month fixed‑term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for performing functions related to production and GMP manufacturing operations, playing a key part in advancing our mission and making a real difference.
Your responsibilities in this role would be:
- Contributing to housekeeping including cleaning, sanitisation and sterilisation of equipment and components
- Performing all manufacturing operations including but not limited to component transfer and preparation, equipment and area preparation
- Maintaining QMS documentation, keeping accurate records, following instructions and complying with company policies
- Supporting troubleshooting activities and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives
- Being accountable as part of a team of Aseptic Filling Biotechnologists working on shift pattern to successfully fill, inspect, label and pack Vector Product
- Investigating quality incidents, deviations and improving procedures
We are looking for:
- Flexibility to work shift patterns inclusive of weekends
- Cleanroom experience or good understanding of GMP and GCP
- Willingness to follow GMP PPE requirements during the working shift
- BSc Life Sciences or equivalent or alternatively some previous experience of working within a biological or chemical GMP manufacturing environment
