In this role, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of web applications and client portals for the company’s data platform, playing a key part in advancing our mission and making a real difference. We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation who’s keen to continue building their experience with a new challenge.
Your responsibilities in this role would be:
- Help design and build full end-to-end web applications, including front-end interfaces and back-end services
- Develop and integrate APIs and data services, working closely with the back-end and data teams
- Support creation and maintenance of data pipelines and third-party tool integrations
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices
- Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews to improve quality and learn best practices
- Contribute to team meetings and collaboration, including regular meetings and continuous improvement of development practices
We are looking for:
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- Exposure to both front-end and back-end development, with an interest in building and maintaining full-stack applications
- Familiarity with databases and data handling (SQL or similar)
- A solid foundation in programming languages and frameworks (experience with Python is preferable)
- Experience working with version control (e.g. Git) and collaborative development practices
