We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales (for example in the pharmaceutical, medical, nutraceutical, healthcare, or beauty industry) or a strong desire to develop in this field. You will play a key role in expanding our retail partnerships in the UK, developing new relationships with retailers and managing existing accounts. You will also work closely with our Ukraine-based back-office sales support and sales team, which assists with operational tasks such as lead generation, sales administration, order processing and logistics coordination. The UK role includes coordinating with this team and ensuring efficient collaboration to support revenue growth. The role carries significant ownership of UK B2B sales performance.

Oxford Biolabs operates with a modern, CRM-driven sales environment. Our sales and marketing activities are managed through:
- HubSpot Sales Hub Professional
- HubSpot Marketing Hub
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator Advanced
- Shopify (including B2B e-commerce capabilities)
All sales activity, communications, and pipeline management are expected to be fully tracked and maintained within our CRM system. This includes emails, calls, meetings, and deal progression. A structured and data-driven sales approach is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive UK B2B sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing partnerships with retail clients such as online retailers, trichology clinics, dermatology clinics, beauty salons, spas, and other relevant partners.
- Take ownership of UK sales targets, with clear responsibility for achieving revenue growth.
- Identify, approach, and establish relationships with new retail partners.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements with retail partners.
- Manage and grow existing retail accounts to increase long-term revenue.
- Arrange and attend in-person meetings with partners where appropriate, including regular travel to London and other major UK cities when needed.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and log all activity in HubSpot CRM, including calls, meetings, emails, and deal progression.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator Advanced and other tools to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with and manage the Ukraine-based back-office sales support team, which assists with order processing, operational support, and sales administration.
- Provide product training and commercial support to retail partners when required.
- Contribute to improving our B2B e-commerce experience on Shopify, helping retailers onboard and reorder more efficiently.
- Collaborate with marketing on initiatives that support UK revenue growth.
- Represent Oxford Biolabs at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, for example in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry and the strong desire to develop as a Sales Professional.
- English language proficiency at a minimum of C1 level.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Deal Maker mentality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medical degree (D-r) or advanced degree in a related scientific field an advantage.
- A comprehensive understanding of the healthcare and beauty market.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented.
