Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales (e.g., in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry) or a strong desire to develop in this field. Your role will involve developing and managing relationships with online and offline retail clients based in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish relationships with potential retail clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements and manage revenue.
  • Manage and support existing retail relationships.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide product training and support to retail clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, for example in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry and the strong desire to develop as a Sales Professional.
  • English language proficiency at a minimum of C1 level.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Deal Maker mentality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (D-r) or advanced degree in a related scientific field.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the healthcare and beauty market.
  • Other languages are an advantage.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
