As our Director (UK), you will take operational and commercial ownership across:
- Daily Operations Management
- Lead the global remote back‑office sales & marketing teams (currently ca. 10 people)
- Oversee customer and client operations, processes, and performance routines
- Ensure smooth integration between D2C, B2B, fulfilment, marketing, and CRM systems
- Operate with full accountability and a strong execution mindset
- UK Commercial Growth
- Grow UK B2B retail presence (clinics, salons, aesthetic practitioners, pharmacies, online retailers)
- Strengthen UK and EU D2C performance through cost‑effective, ROI‑driven initiatives
- Build UK presence strategically, including helping to establish a new office premise at the Oxford Science Park and eventually hiring, onboarding and managing a small local team (including the initial 1‑2 local support hires)
- B2B Retail & Distributor Expansion
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator Advanced Enterprise (Smart Links, team coordination, outreach execution)
- HubSpot CRM (Sales Pro) with structured pipelines and forecasting
- Develop retailer‑specific funnels for clinics, salons, pharmacies, online retailers
- Shopify Plus Suite (for global D2C)
- Coordinate global distributor acquisition for priority territories
- Build & Lead a High‑Performance Team
- Take over an existing global remote team (lead generators, sales managers, marketing support)
- Bring structure, discipline, and measurable KPIs
- Recruit additional UK headcount when justified by results
- Work as the Founder’s Operational Counterpart
- You will work directly with the Owner & Group CEO and will report on a monthly basis KPI’s and P&L
- You will help drive the company into its next growth phase
- You will have significant autonomy and decision‑making authority (UK retail network established: 50+ active B2B accounts)
- New exclusive distributors signed in key markets
- D2C performance strengthened despite controlled budgets
- A structured, accountable sales organisation with clear KPIs
- UK operations foundation set (service providers, processes, early hires)
Must‑Haves
- Strong background in commercial leadership, sales, operations, or general management
- Hands‑on operator with experience in B2B and/or D2C environments
- Confident with CRM & modern sales tech (HubSpot preferred)
- Confident with Shopify Plus & modern e‑commerce practices
- Experience managing remote teams
- Highly resilient, numbers‑driven, structured, and self‑managing
- UK‑based and legally able to serve as a registered company director
- Core requirement to work from the Oxford office (flexible/hybrid working is possible)
Strong Pluses
- Experience in beauty, haircare, supplements, wellness, skincare, aesthetics, or consumer health
- Track record in building retail networks (salons, clinics, pharmacies)
- Track record of forming successful distribution partnerships in UK, EU and overseas
- Shopify Plus or marketplace experience (Amazon/eBay)
- Prior responsibility for P&L, forecasts, KPIs, or growth projects
