Oxford Aunts is hiring a Care Assistant to support clients in Kidlington. You will deliver personal care and companionship in clients’ homes on an hourly basis, with flexible hours and a potential 5–30 guaranteed hours per week or flexible bank shifts. A driving licence and local Oxfordshire residence are required.
We offer a supportive environment with in-house training, annual reviews, and enhanced DBS at induction. Bank holidays receive double pay, and mileage is reimbursed at 45p per mile.
