Oxford Aunts are not a care agency, so we only employ our own carers in the local area. This also means that we have a team of in-house trainers to deliver specially-built modules on home care directly to our carers, including moving and handling, first aid and medication – all of which is in line with the CQC's stringent guidelines.

We are a close-knit team that continually supports each other, which is exactly what we offer to our carers: continued support, guidance and a great place to work where you will genuinely feel valued for everything you do.
