Rated as 'Good' by our most recent Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection, you can rest assured that you'll be provided with the right tools, training and support to deliver the high-quality care that we are renowned for in Oxford.

Oxford Aunts are not a care agency, so we only employ our own carers in the local area. This also means that we have a team of in-house trainers to deliver specially-built modules on home care directly to our carers, including moving and handling, first aid and medication – all of which is in line with the CQC's stringent guidelines.

We are a close-knit team that continually supports each other, which is exactly what we offer to our carers: continued support, guidance and a great place to work where you will genuinely feel valued for everything you do.
