What you'll be doing

  • As a live-in carer, you'll provide companionship, personal care, and domestic support (cooking, cleaning, etc.) to help your client live well in the home they love.
  • You'll work with clients living with various conditions, developing your skills along the way.
  • All placements are within 70 miles of Oxford, so travel is required and we'll contribute towards your travel costs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience doing hands-on care including personal care.
  • Previous experience with various conditions including: Dementia, Parkinsons, Stroke and EOL (End of Life) care.
  • Reliability, compassion, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Ability to commit to 6 week placements, with many carers choosing longer stays.
  • Happy to travel across Oxfordshire for client placements.
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
