Working as a Professional hourly Carer on a guaranteed hours contract you’ll make a genuine difference to the lives of the people you support. Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting clients with personal care
  • Managing continence
  • Administering medication
  • Light housework and preparing healthy meals

  • Providing specialised care for people with dementia, Parkinson’s disease, strokes and end‑of‑life care

Travel between residences is required. A set travel expense will be reimbursed.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months’ professional care experience (e.g., care home, nursing home, healthcare assistant, domiciliary care worker)
  • Household management skills (cleaning, hoovering, keeping home tidy)
  • Excellent English language skills – comprehension, spoken and written
  • Physically fit and able to carry items, lift, and perform client moving and handling (with necessary equipment)
  • Ability to work effectively within allocated time
  • Professional appearance
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Team player within multidisciplinary teams
  • Consistently delivers high‑quality service aligned with objectives
  • IT skills – use a computer/laptop and online systems
