Due to the spread of our clients across Oxford, including Kidlington, Wallingford, Abingdon, Burford, Witney and Carterton, you’ll need to be a driver with access to your own vehicle.

What you’ll be doing as a Care Assistant

  • Provide support, companionship, and personal care to clients living independently in their own homes
  • Support clients’ daily living activities with a compassionate and patient approach
  • Use your valid driving licence and personal vehicle to travel to client homes as required
  • Assist with medication and health‑care routines ensuring safety and comfort
  • Report and document care activities accurately to the care team
  • Maintain a proactive and supportive relationship with clients and their families

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Reliable, compassionate and patient individual with a genuine interest in supporting others
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle (45p per mile paid)
  • Willingness to undertake a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
  • No prior experience required – training and ongoing support are provided
  • Commitment to an hourly or flexible schedule as per client needs
