The Role
As a member of the festivals and events team, you will work together with colleagues to maximise the income generated from donations and sourced by Oxfam products, through efficient stock processing and creative visual merchandising, and deliver a consistent experience to our customers and donors in the shop which reflects Oxfam's brand and values. Please note: This is a seven months fixed term role based in Batley hub and onsite at festival locations.

- Awareness of Health and Safety and dynamic risk assessment in particular on event sites

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of business
- The ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy
- Experience of working with, motivating and managing volunteers
