The Role of our Shop Managers

Shop managers are commercially aware, motivated, and results-driven, responsible for leading teams, creating a safe environment, and exploring new business opportunities. They work within a volunteer operating model, often being the only paid staff, and excel in communication, creativity, delegation, and supporter engagement.
