Oxfam GB is operating a network of retail shops and is looking for a Shop Manager to oversee daily operations, manage volunteers, and achieve business targets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing shop operations and ensuring a safe, energised work environment.
  • Motivating and delegating to a team of volunteers and paid staff.
  • Maintaining retail processes, merchandising, and complying with commercial and financial reporting requirements.
  • Using IT and email systems, basic spreadsheets and word processing packages.
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for new business and growing supporter base.
  • Ensuring adherence to Oxfam’s principles, values and diversity, equity, and safety policies.
  • Working weekend shifts as required.
