Sales Lead – Manchester

The Role

As a Department Lead you will be responsible for delivering exceptional retail standards and customer service in a large‑format store. You will support the Store and Duty Managers in driving growth and development in line with Oxfam’s values and strategy, work alongside volunteers, and maximise income generation while delivering a positive customer and donor experience that brings Oxfam’s brand to life.
