Retail Shop Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Manager to oversee daily operations in our retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Shop Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive shopping experience, managing staff, and driving sales performance while ensuring that the shop runs smoothly and efficiently., * Supervise daily shop operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of staff and volunteers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Oversee stock levels and merchandising to maximise sales opportunities.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets while monitoring performance metrics.

• Maintain an organised shop layout that promotes a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

• Ensure effective communication within the team to facilitate smooth operations and teamwork.

• Proven retail management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional organisational skills to maintain an orderly shop space and manage stock effectively.

• Proven experience in retail management with a focus on sales management techniques.

• Strong leadership capabilities to inspire and guide staff and volunteers towards achieving common goals.
