About Oxfam

Oxfam is a global movement that works to end the injustice of poverty. We tackle inequality that keeps people poor, save, protect and rebuild lives, and help communities recover from disaster while addressing issues such as land rights, climate change and gender discrimination. Our aim is to create a world where everyone can live free from poverty.

About the Role

Commercially aware, shop managers motivate their teams, create a safe and energised work environment, and set high standards. They use their strategic insight to identify new business opportunities, delegate effectively, and drive results. We support volunteers to cover most shop tasks, so our managers, often the only paid staff, focus on leadership, communication and customer engagement.
