The Role: Oxfam is looking for a visionary Head of Earned, Shared, and Paid Digital to lead the charge in amplifying our impact, influence, and income across digital platforms. As our Head of Earned, Shared, and Paid (ESP) Digital, you\\\βll shape and deliver the strategic direction of Oxfam\\\βs digital presence beyond owned channels. You\\\βll lead a high-performing, cross-channel team to drive innovation, engagement, and growth across paid media, influencer partnerships, social platforms, and beyond. You\\\βll be responsible for maximising our digital footprint to support fundraising, advocacy, and supporter engagement β all in alignment with Oxfam\\\βs feminist principles and commitment to systemic change.

Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver digital strategies across earned, shared and paid channels to optimise income and supporter engagement across digital platforms.
- Manage and upskill cross-channel teams; drive performance and development, including increasing diversity and inclusion in teams and workplaces.
- Develop and execute innovative paid media, influencer partnerships, social and other digital initiatives aligned with fundraising, advocacy, and engagement goals.
- Ensure effective crisis and reputation management within digital channels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across organisations to deliver high-impact, multi-channel ESP digital campaigns.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Experience of managing performance of others and helping people to develop and grow, including increasing diversity and inclusion in teams and workplaces.
- Lived experience or evidence of learning/action on anti-racism and inequalities.
- Proven experience delivering digital strategies optimising income across digital channels and increasing supporter engagement.
- Experience leading and upskilling cross-channel teams.
- Knowledge of new platforms and customised earned, shared and paid approaches.
- Evidence of increasing influence and income through digital.
- Proven experience in crisis and reputation management within digital channels.
- Proven experience developing high-performing, multi-channel ESP digital strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Passion for Oxfam\\\βs work.
