The Role:
Are you a passionate designer who wants their work to truly matter? At Oxfam, we believe design can do more than just look good—it can spark action, inspire change, and help fight inequality. We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team and bring bold ideas to life across campaigns that challenge poverty and injustice.
Responsibilities
- Inspire action. Use your creative thinking and design skills to influence people to donate, volunteer, campaign, and shop with Oxfam.
- Create across channels. Collaborate with copywriters and other creatives to deliver powerful visuals and compelling content across digital, print, and social platforms.
- Champion ethical storytelling. Help ensure the people and communities we work with are represented with dignity and authenticity—because every story matters.
- Lead from concept to completion. Manage creative projects from brief to production with precision and flair, keeping stakeholders informed and involved every step of the way.
What we are looking for
We’re looking for a candidate who cares about Oxfam\’s mission to end poverty and is personally aligned to our feminist principles and values of empowerment, accountability and inclusion in all you do.
An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:
- Industry experience of producing multi-media content for social media and other digital channels and platforms including motion graphics, editorial design, display advertising and marketing communications
- Understanding of designing for print and delivering print-ready artwork – from direct mail, to shop promotions and out of home.
- Demonstrable ability to produce outstanding creative ideas in response to range of briefs.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work in partnership with writers, clients and colleagues.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to see creative projects through to completion from brief to production.
