Oxfam is seeking a Deputy Shop Manager to lead daily operations, motivate staff and volunteers, and ensure excellent customer service in our shop. You will work under the Shop Manager to maintain high standards of stock, display, and revenue generation for the charity.
With a focus on inclusive, community-facing retail, you’ll support budgeting, merchandising, and local engagement while fostering a positive, safe work environment for the team and volunteers.
