Are you passionate about delivering exceptional supporter care and building meaningful relationships? Oxfam GB is looking for 2 Supporter Care Executives to inspire and engage our supporters through outstanding communication and service. Please note that both roles are fixed-term, one for a period of 6 months and one for a period of 12 months.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for supporters and the public, responding to enquiries across multiple channels with professionalism and enthusiasm. Using your knowledge of Oxfam’s work, you will ensure every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression, deepening engagement and support for our mission.

You will also champion the voice of our supporters, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and continuously improving the way we connect with them. If you thrive in a dynamic, people-focused environment and are committed to making a difference, we’d love to hear from you!

What we are looking for

  • We’re looking for a candidate who cares about Oxfam's mission to end poverty and is personally aligned to our feminist principles and values of empowerment, accountability and inclusion in all you do.
  • Strong understanding and expertise in providing quality service and customer care across various channels, recognising the differences and sensitivities of each.
  • Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills that build confidence, rapport and deepen our engagement with supporters.
  • Ability to interpret and use significant quantities of information with proven time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail in order to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment – achieving both quality and response time targets.
  • Ability to be resilient and use your excellent interpersonal skills within the team to positively influence, support and motivate your colleagues to deal with high volumes and complex enquiries.
  • Strong IT/database skills and ability to learn new skills or technology in a rapidly changing communications environment.
