The Role:
Are you a results-driven digital marketer with a passion for making a difference? Oxfam GB is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid digital activity and help drive income, engagement, and growth.
In this key role, you’ll plan, implement, optimise, and report on paid digital campaigns across multiple channels—reaching new and existing audiences with powerful content that supports Oxfam’s mission. Working across teams, you’ll deliver effective multi-channel strategies that inspire action, generate leads, and maximise revenue.

What we are looking for:
We’re looking for a candidate who cares about Oxfam\’s mission to end poverty and is personally aligned to our feminist principles and values of empowerment, accountability and inclusion in all you do.
An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:
- Excellent project management, budget management and communication skills, to enable collaborative working across teams and able to exert influence across these areas
- Experience of managing digital marketing channels and working across multiple disciplines such as paid search, biddable display, paid social, performance and direct partnerships to agreed measurable KPIs
- Proven ability of using web analytics, tag management solutions and adserving technologies to track digital activity, achieve results and deliver insight
- Demonstrable organisational and planning skills in a cross-team environment, and ability to influence at a senior level.
- Proven ability to think conceptually, creatively and analytically
